• Clean & presentable

• Decluttered

• Ready for services requested {photos, video, & virtual tour}

• Misc. items put away to avoid clutter (example: cords, chargers, etc.}

• Bathroom declutter {put away personal items: shampoo, soap, loofah, etc.}

• Clear & clean kitchen counters and sink

• Clear appliance surfaces of magnets and etc.

• All light bulbs are in working condition

• Backyard & front yard are tidy up (if applicable)

• Pets are safely hidden or not visible in the cameras (if applicable)

• No gardeners, handy-man, cleaners present during photoshoot
